AIAA SciTech 2015

Jan 5-9 is AIAA's SciTech 2015. For those of you who aren't familiar with SciTech, it is a gathering of academia, government, and aerospace industry professionals to discuss developments, challenges, and goals for the industry.

I've been selected as a social media ambassador for the event, so be sure to follow us on Twitter @noveleng_media to see my pictures and updates from the event. It's basically a live stream on Twitter. However, Airbus is sponsoring a live stream from the event, so if you wish you could be here but can't, you can watch videos online.

The event features keynotes, panel discussions, technical presentations, committee meetings, an exhibition hall, and networking events. This event was a great way to learn more about the aerospace industry and where potential expansions in technology could be.

NASA, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and major universities all had a strong attendance that was enhanced by a strong international presence.

Headlines from the event include:
There were over 3,000 people in attendance at this event sharing ideas, technology, and knowledge. I had an incredible experience and can't wait to go to the event next year in San Diego.
